It is very difficult, if not impossible, to re-register fabric for a second colour. The T-shirt must remain glued down on the board (boards) until all colours have been printed. A “carousel” system, of rotating screens, is necessary for prints containing two or more colours in close registration.
Drying of ink between colours may be necessary especially for opaque inks. Use a heat gun.
